Returns

RETURNS: Not happy with your purchase? No problem. We want you to love any items you purchase from us! We will happily exchange the item for something you love or give you store credit to be used at a later date. We split the cost of shipping for returns. You pay to send the item back to us, we will pay the shipping to have the exchanged item sent to you. 

First, if you would like to do an exchange, let us know by emailing hello@shopwillow.ca within 14 days of receiving your items in the mail. Please include your order number in your email and we will reply with detailed return information. 

Items must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, free of any odours with tags still attached.

Items must be shipped back to us (at your expense):

Once we receive the item back we will follow up with you by email to discuss the details of the exchange. 

Please note we do not do refunds. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note, all sale and clearance items are final sale and are not able to be returned.

DEFECTS or ERROR: We inspect and double-check all of our products prior to shipping, but mistakes do happen!

If an item you received has a defect or you received an item in error, let us know by emailing hello@shopwillow.ca within 14 days of receiving your items in the mail and we will get it sorted out.

OTHER: If you are not happy with any of your purchases from us for a different reason than indicated above, please send us an email at hello@shopwillow.ca and we will try our hardest to rectify the situation on a case-by-case basis.
